Ingredients

  • Vegetable or Canola Oil For sauteing
  • 1 pack Shin Ramen
  • Beansprouts As much as you like
  • 2 stalks Scallions Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru Add more if you like
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce for Soup Optional
  • Any protein of choice

Instructions

  • In high heat, splash oil in your pot and saute the garlic, scallions, and gochugaru, and spice packet.
  • Add water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the vegetable packet and beansprouts, then taste the soup. It should be refreshing to drink.
  • Cook the noodles in the soup for 4-7 minutes depending on your preferred doneness.
  • Add soy sauce for soup if you want more flavor and top with scallions.
  • Serve with some pork belly or thinly sliced beef and enjoy!
