5-Minute Eggs and Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tube Extra Soft Tofu
  • 1 stalk Scallion
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds For garnish

Instructions

  • Chop the scallions and beat the eggs.
  • Place the tofu on a plate, then slice it into 1-inch thick pieces. Drain any excess water from it before use.
  • Place the pan on high heat, add a bit of oil, then sauté the scallions until fragrant.
  • Carefully add the tofu to the pan, and spread it out evenly. Let it settle for a minute.
  • Add the egg and gently fold it while keeping it spread out through the pan.
  • Keep folding until the egg is cooked. It’s okay if some of the tofu breaks.
  • Transfer Eggs and Tofu to a plate, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, then garnish with sesame seeds.
