- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 tube Extra Soft Tofu
- 1 stalk Scallion
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds For garnish
Chop the scallions and beat the eggs.
Place the tofu on a plate, then slice it into 1-inch thick pieces. Drain any excess water from it before use.
Place the pan on high heat, add a bit of oil, then sauté the scallions until fragrant.
Carefully add the tofu to the pan, and spread it out evenly. Let it settle for a minute.
Add the egg and gently fold it while keeping it spread out through the pan.
Keep folding until the egg is cooked. It’s okay if some of the tofu breaks.
Transfer Eggs and Tofu to a plate, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, then garnish with sesame seeds.
