Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Rice
  • 1 pack Samyang Habanero Lime Buldak Ramen
  • 1 pc Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 stalk Scallion
  • 1/4 of an Onion
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil For sauteing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Osyter Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang or Korean Red Pepper Paste
  • 1 pc Sunny Side Up Egg For garnish
  • Sesame Seeds For garnish

Instructions

  • Break up the noodles until crumbly. Open the packet and remove the seasonings and dried vegetables.

  • Scramble the eggs and remove them from the pan. Set aside.
  • In high heat with oil, saute scallions and onion for a couple of minutes.
  • Throw in the soaked noodles and the dried vegetable packet, then saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Throw in the rice along with the sesame oil, oyster sauce, gochujang, buldak sauce, and jalapeno peppers on top of it.
  • Mix the fried rice thoroughly, then add the scrambled egg back to the pan.
  • Plate then top with a sunny-side-up egg. Serve and enjoy!
