- 1/4 of an Onion

Break up the noodles until crumbly. Open the packet and remove the seasonings and dried vegetables.
Soak crumbled ramen noodles with 1 cup of water. Set aside. This will soften the noodles and reduce their cooking time.
Scramble the eggs and remove them from the pan. Set aside.
In high heat with oil, saute scallions and onion for a couple of minutes.
Throw in the soaked noodles and the dried vegetable packet, then saute for 2-3 minutes.
Throw in the rice along with the sesame oil, oyster sauce, gochujang, buldak sauce, and jalapeno peppers on top of it.
Mix the fried rice thoroughly, then add the scrambled egg back to the pan.
Plate then top with a sunny-side-up egg. Serve and enjoy!
