Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Rice
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Kernel Corn
  • 1/4 of Whole Spam Cubed
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Seaweed Paper For garnish

Instructions

  • In a ttukbaegi or small pan, put the rice, season with pepper paste, ketchup, and sesame oil, then top with corn and spam.
  • Mix it all together and top it with cheese.
  • Cover and place on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Once itโ€™s sizzling and the cheese has melted, give it a good mix, and top with seaweed paper.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
