- 1 bowl Rice
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Kernel Corn
- 1/4 of Whole Spam Cubed
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Seaweed Paper For garnish
In a ttukbaegi or small pan, put the rice, season with pepper paste, ketchup, and sesame oil, then top with corn and spam.
Mix it all together and top it with cheese.
Cover and place on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Once itโs sizzling and the cheese has melted, give it a good mix, and top with seaweed paper.
Serve hot and enjoy!
