Mince the dumplings in a bowl using a pair of scissors, then crumble the rice and chop the scallions.
Heat up your pan, add a bit of oil, then saute the scallions until they are fragrant.
Throw in the minced dumplings and saute until browned.
Move the dumplings to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Cook the eggs thoroughly until they are all dried up.
Mix together the dumplings and eggs, and continue to saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the rice and season it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Break the rice apart and mix it thoroughly until everything is well seasoned and all the toppings are evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Serve hot and enjoy!
