Dumpling Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Dumplings About 5 pieces
  • 3 pcs Eggs 2 for the fried rice, 1 for topping
  • 2 tbsp Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
  • Vegetable or Canola Oil For stir-frying

Instructions

  • Mince the dumplings in a bowl using a pair of scissors, then crumble the rice and chop the scallions.
  • Heat up your pan, add a bit of oil, then saute the scallions until they are fragrant.
  • Throw in the minced dumplings and saute until browned.
  • Move the dumplings to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Cook the eggs thoroughly until they are all dried up.
  • Mix together the dumplings and eggs, and continue to saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the rice and season it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Break the rice apart and mix it thoroughly until everything is well seasoned and all the toppings are evenly distributed.
  • Taste and adjust with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
