- 1 Cob of Corn
- Handful Minced Steak
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1-2 pc Eggs Beaten
- Salt and Pepper To taste
- Splash of Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Potato Starch
- 2 tbsp Water
Remove corn from the cob and mince the steak.
Boil corn kernels, cob, and minced steak.
Season the soup with soy sauce and fish sauce.
Beat an egg, then pour it into the soup. Let it sit for 10 seconds, then mix.
Taste and adjust with salt and pepper, then add sesame oil.
Combine water and potato starch, add to the soup, mix, and let boil for a couple of minutes until thickened.
Serve hot and enjoy!
