Ingredients

  • 1 Cob of Corn
  • Handful Minced Steak
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1-2 pc Eggs Beaten
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
  • Splash of Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Potato Starch
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Remove corn from the cob and mince the steak.
  • Boil corn kernels, cob, and minced steak.
  • Season the soup with soy sauce and fish sauce.
  • Beat an egg, then pour it into the soup. Let it sit for 10 seconds, then mix.
  • Taste and adjust with salt and pepper, then add sesame oil.
  • Combine water and potato starch, add to the soup, mix, and let boil for a couple of minutes until thickened.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
