Homemade Fruit Popsicles
These homemade fruit popsicles are so easy to make, very customizable according to your preference, and so healthy you’ll finish them guilt-free! It’s a great summer treat for your family!

Strawberry Flavor
- 2 1/2 cups Strawberries
- 3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Blueberry Flavor
- 2 1/2 cups Blueberries
- 3/4 cups Apple Juice
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
In a blender, place all the ingredients depending on the flavor you like.
Blend well, then taste to adjust the sweetness.
Transfer pureed fruit juice into molds.
Freeze for about 4 to 8 hours.
After freezing, thaw out for a minute before pushing popsicles from the bottom and then pulling the sticks to release.
Serve and enjoy!
- Each flavor makes about 6 popsicles.
