Homemade Fruit Popsicles

These homemade fruit popsicles are so easy to make, very customizable according to your preference, and so healthy you’ll finish them guilt-free! It’s a great summer treat for your family!

Equipment

Ingredients

Strawberry Flavor

  • 2 1/2 cups Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Blueberry Flavor

  • 2 1/2 cups Blueberries
  • 3/4 cups Apple Juice
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • In a blender, place all the ingredients depending on the flavor you like.
  • Blend well, then taste to adjust the sweetness.
  • Transfer pureed fruit juice into molds.
  • Freeze for about 4 to 8 hours.
  • After freezing, thaw out for a minute before pushing popsicles from the bottom and then pulling the sticks to release.
  • Serve and enjoy!
