Scramble two pieces of eggs and set aside.
In high heat, put a splash of oil and saute garlic and scallions.
Add the onions and saute for a minute.
Add the steak and saute for another minute. Do not overcook it since it’s already cooked.
Add back the eggs and a tablespoon of butter. Mix thoroughly.
Add rice and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce on top of the rice. Mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate, top with another sunny side up eggs, serve with a side of kimchi, and enjoy!
