Leftover Steak Fried Rice Recipe

Steak Fried Rice is a great way to make use of your leftover steak. It's customizable to your preference so you can have a quick and tasty meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil For sauteing
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 stalk Scallions Chopped
  • 1/2 of Onion Diced
  • Leftover Steak Cubed
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Scramble two pieces of eggs and set aside.
  • In high heat, put a splash of oil and saute garlic and scallions.
  • Add the onions and saute for a minute.
  • Add the steak and saute for another minute. Do not overcook it since it’s already cooked.
  • Add back the eggs and a tablespoon of butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add rice and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce on top of the rice. Mix thoroughly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Plate, top with another sunny side up eggs, serve with a side of kimchi, and enjoy!
