- 1/4 tsp Capsaicin Powder Optional

Fried Rice
Saute scallions and chicken with a bit of oil. When itβs halfway cooked, throw in the onion and carrots. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix thoroughly, breaking the rice and letting it dry up.
Add egg and mix thoroughly. Take off the heat and set aside.
Omurice Sauce
Combine marinara sauce, water, ketchup, sugar, curry powder, dashida, capsaicin powder, and butter. Mix, let boil in low heat, and allow to thicken up a bit.
Add cream, milk, and let boil in medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Making Omelette Rice
Spread out the egg evenly in a nonstick pan. When 70% is cooked and is holding shape, put cheese in the middle.
Place fried rice in the middle and then wrap it with the egg.
From the middle, slowly roll the omelette to the side of the pan until it can be transferred to a plate.
Pour sauce into the omelette and enjoy.
- If wrapping the fried rice is too hard, you can simply make a soft scramble curdled or tornado-shaped. Top in a bowl of cupped fried rice, then pour the sauce.
