- Bean Sprouts
- Napa Cabbage
- Bok Choy
- Enoki Mushroom
- Shiitake Mushroom
- Thinly Sliced Beef Brisket or Ribeye
Shabu Shabu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Pepper Flakes
- 1 1/2 tbsp Apple Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Scallions
Chop off the roots from the cabbage, bokchoy, and mushrooms, then wash thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, place the vegetables side-by-side, then stack them with mushrooms, then meat on top.
Cover with a lid and place on high heat to cook for 6-7 minutes.
Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, pepper flakes, apple vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and scallions. Mix well.
Serve the pot while hot, with the sauce, and enjoy!
