Ingredients

  • Bean Sprouts
  • Napa Cabbage
  • Bok Choy
  • Enoki Mushroom
  • Shiitake Mushroom
  • Thinly Sliced Beef Brisket or Ribeye

Shabu Shabu Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Flakes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Apple Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Scallions

Instructions

  • Chop off the roots from the cabbage, bokchoy, and mushrooms, then wash thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pot, place the vegetables side-by-side, then stack them with mushrooms, then meat on top.
  • Cover with a lid and place on high heat to cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, pepper flakes, apple vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and scallions. Mix well.
  • Serve the pot while hot, with the sauce, and enjoy!
