Ingredients

  • Vegetable or Canola Oil For sauteing
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 5 pcs Eggs
  • 5 rings Leftover Grilled Onions Chopped to bite-size
  • 2 cups Kimchi Chopped to bite-size
  • 1 pc Leftover Grilled Corn Removed from cob
  • 1/2 can Spam Diced
  • 2 pcs Leftover Grilled Burger Diced
  • 2 pcs Grilled Sausage Diced
  • Rice
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Sesame Oil To taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Sesame Seeds Garnish

Instructions

  • Scamble the eggs and set aside. 
  • With a little bit of oil, sauté the onion. Once fragrant, add the hotdog, burger, and spam.
  • Sauté the proteins added, then add the kimchi.
  • Sauté the kimchi, then add the eggs back to the pan.
  • Fluff the rice on the sautéed toppings. Mix thoroughly.
  • Season with salt, pepper, sesame oil, mix thoroughly.
  • Let sit in the pan for a while to toast the bottom.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, serve, and enjoy!
